Who we are

PytchCraft (operated by Marion McDonald) is a brand strategy and pitch coaching practice based in Australia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Form submissions — when you contact us, join our newsletter, or join the waitlist, we collect the details you provide (name, email, and any message). Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups are handled by Brevo (sendinblue.com), which sends a confirmation email before adding you to our list.
• Analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised. You can decline at any time via the cookie banner.
• Spam protection — the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which evaluates your interaction with the form to detect bots.

How we use your information

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry or send the marketing communications you opt into. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed above (Brevo, Google, Netlify) who help us run the site.

This site sets a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies (set by Google Analytics) are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in every email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, email marion@pytchcraft.com.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected here at least 14 days before they take effect.
